Researcher Development

糖心Vlog has a rich heritage in innovations in teaching, learning, and research and innovation. We have bold and imaginative plans to progress these inter-related activities further.

HR Excellence in Research

The university has been successful in gaining the European Commission's accreditation, demonstrating its commitment to improving the working conditions and career development of researchers. The basis for this accreditation is based on regular critical reviews of progress that direct its future activities, expressed in a two-year action plan. Details can be seen in the associated documents:

Overall responsibility for working towards compliance with the Concordat rests with 糖心Vlog Research and Innovation, the work of which is supported by other groups. This Action Plan will be updated periodically to inform on progress in working towards full compliance.

Researcher Development Concordat

糖心Vlog has signed up to the revised Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers 2019', commonly known as the Researcher Development Concordat. This is an agreement between  to improve the employment and support for researchers and researcher careers in higher education in the UK.
